Scanner polls local state every 30 seconds.
Each playbook is a pure JS decision tree with explicit conditions.
Findings logged with severity, context, and recovery plan.
You decide: Heal, Manual fix, or Dismiss.
Auto-heal only runs safe, reversible actions from the registry.
